The Wake Up Call
Why The World Population is Getting Fatter.

We may want to have a look at a daily routine, to find some answers as to why the world is getting fatter. Here is what I have pinpointed as one of the main factors contributing to this.

Daily Routine
We go to sleep 8 to10 hours a day generally speaking.
We wake up and hopefully have breakfast, as it is the most important meal of the day for ongoing energy. Some people skip it all together, some have only coffee.
We get into our cars or public transport, sit down and drive to work.
We get to work and we sit down.
Lunchtime arrives, so we get up, get something to eat, we sit down and eat lunch.
We go back to work and sit down.
We finish work; we get into our cars, sit down and drive home.
We get home and feel absolutely exhausted; we collapse on the couch and maybe watch a little bit of TV.
We then cook the biggest meal of the day and eat it sitting down. By the way we finish everything on the plate because its there so we must eat it.
We may include some dessert even though you are so full you cannot fit another thing in, but you do anyway.
We watch some more TV and then go to bed.
Tomorrow morning we start that process again. This goes on from Monday to Friday.
Come Friday or Saturday, we’ve got to celebrate the end of the week. We may go to the pub, we may go to a nice restaurant, treat ourselves to a meal out.  We may add some alcohol in there, some chocolates deserts, whatever.
We don’t include exercise during the week because I just don’t have the time. Times this daily routine by 7 for the week, 30 for the month and 364 days for the year. This may explain why the population is getting larger by the day.

No time? Time to make a change.

EXCUSES CHANGE NOTHING EXERCISE WILL.
